GO Green Office is currently looking for Sustainability Change Agents, starting the second quartile of this school year. The Agents will be working on one of the following topics: Research, Education, Operations or Community & Communication. The GO Green Office makes the university’s sustainability vision tangible in the everyday reality of its students and staff members. The GO Green Office is the platform where students and employees with fresh minds shape innovative sustainable ideas and launch projects, all with the objective to stimulate TU/e’s sustainable development.

A Sustainability Change Agent is recognized as student job for at least half a year for which a monthly allowance is provided. The job will be on average 8 hours a week, but will fluctuate from less hours during exam weeks and holidays and more hours when an activity occurs.

Profile: You are an enthusiastic, out-of-the-box thinker with passion for sustainability who likes to take the initiative & work together in a small team. Experience with additional activities is a plus. You have excellent social skills, are able to mobilize & connect people and keep them involved while dealing with organizational sensitivity. Affinity with social media, a fresh writing style and fluency in English are strong plusses. Your team is co-creative, self-managing and will be coached by a coordinator. Therefore you are able to work independently and take responsibility for:

• Connecting with TU/e’s sustainability running policy/student teams/living labs and support in realizing it;

• Initiating new projects /strategies/living labs, implement these and communicate about them to students and staff;

• Maintaining close relations with all (TU/e) communication channels in order to keep the (social) media channels (such as website, monthly newsletter, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Blog) up-to-date;

• Creating a network around your topic to empower staff and students to contribute to the transition on this topic.
